We do not collect payment card details directly. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Paystack or Flutterwave), who operate under their own privacy policies.

• To process your programme enrolment and manage your access
• To send cohort communications, session links, and programme materials
• To fulfil our waitlist notifications and priority booking commitments
• To respond to your enquiries and support requests
• To send programme updates and relevant communications (you may opt out at any time)

We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent, where you have provided it; (b) contractual necessity, where processing is required to deliver the programme you have enrolled in; and (c) our legitimate interests in communicating with participants and improving our services.

• Microsoft (Teams platform, for session delivery)
• EmailJS (for form submission processing)
• Payment processors (Paystack / Flutterwave) for transaction fulfilment
• Any service provider necessary to deliver the programme, under confidentiality obligations

We retain your personal data for as long as your programme relationship with us is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
