By accessing this website, joining the waitlist, or enrolling in The Prepared Mind Method™ programme (the "Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
The Prepared Mind Method™ is a 6-session strategic planning intensive delivered via Microsoft Teams. The Programme is designed to guide participants through the PLAN framework — Pause, Look Inward, Assess Outward, Navigate — resulting in a written strategic plan, 90-day execution map, and a personal Decree.
Session schedules, cohort compositions, and programme materials are determined by Segun Samuel and The Prepared Mind Initiative at their sole discretion.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are displayed on the programme page and checkout. All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Local currency equivalents may vary based on exchange rates at the time of transaction.
Before Session 1: Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the cohort start date.
After Session 1 begins: No refunds will be issued once the cohort has commenced, regardless of attendance or participation level.
Guarantee: If you complete all four PLAN framework steps and do not leave with a clearer, more actionable strategic plan, Segun Samuel will personally review your work. This is a service commitment, not a financial guarantee.
All programme materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content — including but not limited to The Prepared Mind Method™, the PLAN Framework, and the Decision Frame instrument — are the intellectual property of Segun Samuel. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or commercialise any part of the programme content without prior written permission.
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional standard of engagement throughout all sessions. Segun Samuel and The Prepared Mind Initiative reserve the right to remove any participant from the cohort — without refund — if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the programme's values.
The Programme provides strategic planning frameworks and facilitated coaching. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Results vary by participant. Segun Samuel and The Prepared Mind Initiative are not liable for any decisions made by participants based on the programme content.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
